RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Personalization & Customization Policy: Due to the nature of personalized and customized products, Personal LLements DOES NOT offer returns on any personalized or customized orders except in the instance of damage, defects, or due to our error. For further information, please scroll down to the section labeled "Cancellations on Personalized Items".

Order Cancellations & Changes:

IMPORTANT: All personalized items are processed & printed with the spelling entered from your order, so be sure to double-check your order selection and spelling before placing it. Orders placed are processed almost immediately, therefore we CAN NOT cancel or change custom or personalized orders after the order has been placed. You may contact us to verify if an order is still eligible for cancellation or change, however most often we are unable to do so.  

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We have a 5-day "defective/damaged/wrong item" return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to submit a request for a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
